Return & Warranty Policy

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 45 days in its original condition with proof of purchase.

To return a purchase, you send us an email through support@anovati.com within 45 days after delivery.

1. Returns or Replacement:

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since you received the purchase, we could not offer you a return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us the proof of purchase and items' images that emphasize their original condition.

What we mean original condition is that:

- All original packaging and labels must be in good condition.

- The item must be unused.

Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned, as will an item that has been returned more than 45 days since it was received.

NOTES:

- Please do not return orders without contacting us first.

- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue.

2. Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for more details:

- If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.

- If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund:

- First, check your bank account again.

- Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
