Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, Canada, and Australia.

2. International Shipping:

A flat fee of $4.99 applies to orders outside the United States, Canada, and Australia. This fee will be added at checkout.

3. Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. During peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

4. Shipping Time:

- US Orders: Delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing.

- International Orders: Delivery may take longer due to customs and other factors.

5. Shipping Methods:

We use various logistics providers, including DHL, UPS, THT, FedEx, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, and Yanwen.

6. Tracking Your Order:

- Order Confirmation Email: You'll receive an email confirming your order details after successful placement.

- Shipment Confirmation Email: Once your item ships, you'll receive an email with your order number, carrier information, order date, status, and tracking number(s). Track your items on the carrier's website after 24 hours.

7. International Tracking:

Once in your country, local postal services will take over. You can track your parcel on their website or ours using the same tracking number. If delivery fails, contact your local post office for details first. They handle your parcel and may have information we don't.

8. Damaged Items:

We take steps to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, email support@furripy.com with a picture within 3 business days of receiving it.

If possible, report any delivery issues (damaged package, torn/bent products) to the carrier upon receiving your order.
